J. H. Belter Laminated Rosewood Sofa. Oversized triple back sofa has C-scroll framing on the back with curved seashells on the corners and floral crests; the backs are pierced carved with roses, bell flowers, seashells, grape clusters & leaves. Has continuous arms, scroll carved at the knuckle continuing down through the cabriole legs, a serpentine seat-rail with matching bell flower, rose and grape carvings. In very good condition with no breaks or losses, has an excellent French polished finish and mint upholstery. 49 in. high x 88 in. wide x 31 in. deep.
