US Model 1860 light cavalry saber, maker marked C. Roby & Co. on ricasso. 35 inch broad fullered curved blade, with brass hilt, and wire wrapped leather over wood grip. Leather on grip mostly thinned away leaving wood surface. Mottled grey patina on blade. Some light rust spots to scabbard, and missing throat, but overall good condition.
