Description
BLACKBERRY STAND LAMP, alabaster/clambroth font, medium amethyst Baroque base, brass connector, No. 1 brass collar. Fitted with a Plume & Atwoods "Calcium" No. 1 slip burner, thumbwheel marked "PATENTED AUG 16TH 1870" and around burner "NEW CALCIUM LIGHT 1870", period dark blue slip chimney with eight-petal top. Third quarter 19th century. 10" H to top of collar, 4" SQ base.

Condition
Font undamaged with some light shedding, upper and lower foot edges with several minor flakes and high-point wear, connector with denting. Burner deflector with a separation and a tab loss, one support detached and another resoldered, chimney undamaged.
