Description

2 piece lot of Chinese carved jade including a belt buckle and recumbent nian figure. Each having a pale green color with russet pebbling. Jade belt buckle has raised relief design depicting ducks with lotus blossom. 18th/19th century. Figure measures 2" (5.1cm). Belt buckle measures 2 7/8" length x 2" height (7.3cm x 5.1cm).
