English, 19th century. A mahogany wash stand with hinged top opening to a blue and white porcelain basin, the back fitted with lift-out mirror, the front with a single door over single dovetailed drawer, raised on square tapering legs with a concave stretcher; ht. 33.5, wd. 16, dp. 16 in.
