PUNCHED SHEET IRON CANDLE LANTERN, square form with large strap handle, top with sunburst and dot pattern on each side, colorless glass panes on each side with guards, one fitted in a sliding frame, removable single socket holder. 19th century. 17 1/2" HOA, 13" H to top of cover, 6 1/4" SQ base.
Provenance: The Phillip M. Sullivan estate collection.
Very good condition with some minor denting and areas of moderate rust, some repairs to guards.
