BRASS AND BLOWN MOLDED PRESENTATION LANTERN, large ring handle, ovoid fixed colorless globe with intricately engraved floral bands surrounding "T. S. HAYDEN", removable brass font with spring tabs mechanism to underside of base, No. 1 inset collar. Fitted with a Convex wide-wick burner with patent date. Third quarter 19th century. 18" HOA, 12 3/4" H to top of cap, 5 3/4" D base.
Provenance: The Phillip M. Sullivan estate collection.
Good condition with light denting, cap with some splits, repairs to cap and wire guard, font base with a punctured hole, globe undamaged. Burner undamaged.
