SHEET IRON GLOBE HANGING TUBULAR STREET LAMP, bail handle, removable cap, font with a brass maker's label marked "ROCHESTER GLOBE STREET LAMP / NO 158 / PAT'D MARCH 24 / OTHERS PENDING / MANUFACTURED BY THE ROCHESTER LAMP CO / NEW YORK", colorless globe, removable font. Fitted with a Rayo slip burner and non-period slip chimney. Fourth quarter 19th century. 27 1/4" H to top of cap, 10 1/4" D base.

Good overall condition with light to moderate denting and rust, globe with normal flakes/roughness to rims. Burner undamaged.
