Pair of 18th-Century German Carved Wooden Corpus'. Comprising: 1) Carved wooden figurine of Christ, lacking arms. Detailed carving with spike present in crossed feet. Size: 14-inches. 2) Polychromed carved wooden figurine of Christ. Lacking arms. Wreath present on head. Size: 12 1/2-inches. Excellent religious icons, both carved in the South German style.Condition: Both are good to very good, showing age wear and patina. #2 with traces of old paint still present.
