Description

Lot of Two Antique West African Ethnographic Knives and Scabbards. Two antique Baule tribal knives with forged steel blades and wooden spool grips. The scabbards of leather decorated with seashells as is typical of the Baule culture Condition: Both knives are good. Blades showing heavy age wear, pitting and dark patina. Grips fine. Scabbards, very good with light wear present. Some shells loose.
