Modestly engraved locks, trigger guard, and hammers. Rib marked LONDON. Checkered walnut stock and wooden ramrod. 2) Full Stock Frontier Percussion Rifle. Approximately .37 caliber, 37½-inch octagonal barrel with German silver front sight and buckhorn style rear sight. Set trigger. Modestly engraved lock. Brass curved buttplate, trigger guard, side plate, fore-end cap, and rod ferrules. Figured walnut stock. 3) Small Horn Powder Flask. Measures approximately 8 inches long. Carved wooden plug. 4) Brass Powder Flask. Measures approximately 8 inches. No maker's mark present. Decorated with ornate foliate patterns. 5) Leather Powder Bag. Measures approximately 14 inches in length. Soft leather bag with brass loading spout. No maker's mark present. Complete with leather carrying strap.
Condition: 1) Good. Metal with a uniform brown patina and scattered scratching. Stock worn with scattered scratches and dings. Mechanically sound. 2) Good. Metal with a brown patina and scattered pitting, especially at the breech. Stock worn with a few scratches and dings. Mechanically sound. 3) Very good. 4) Very good with a few shallow dents. 5) Very good. Leather still supple but a bit dry.
