Savage Deluxe Model 1899 Lever Action Rifle. Serial No. 179049, .250-3000 Savage caliber, 22-inch round takedown barrel with fixed front sight and Lyman receiver sight. Blued finish. Checkered trigger. Checkered pistol-grip walnut perch belly stock and fore-end. Metal buttplate. Manufactured circa 1915-1916. Condition: Very good. Retaining approximately 45-55% thin finish with some minor scattered spotting and wear along the high spots. Stock remarkably well preserved. Bore bright.
