Bronze Age, dating to approximately 1800 - 1200 BC. Solid copper leaf-shaped spear. The beautiful, extremely elegant example survives with complete edges-save a small area of slight blunting - and is of typical leaf-shaped form, with pronounced mid-rib. The heavy blade is extremely well preserved, with no losses. The patina is exquisite - a mixture of bright green (malachite) and bright blue (azurite). Just shy of 14"L x 2-3/8"W.
