This is an early oil on wood panel, of a Middle Eastern town, has people wearing turbans in foreground, a city, with water and mountains in background. The decorative black border is also painted. There is some paint flakes, as seen in image. It is on a wood panel, there is a coarse canvas or cloth covering the back. The wood panel measures 14 1/2" x 22". I see no signature. The wood panel is about 3/4" thick, the frame has a grain painted finish also. The frame measures 17" x 24 1/2".
