Weird Science #12 (#1) Gaines File pedigree 2/9 (EC, 1950) CGC NM- 9.2 Cream to off-white pages. The first issue of this classic book sports a great Feldstein cover and stories by Harvey Kurtzman, Jack Kamen, and Wally Wood, the latter of whom includes caricatures of Bill Gaines and the EC staff in his story. A fabulous find from the legendary Gaines collection. Overstreet 2011 NM- 9.2 value = $3,500. CGC census 4/12: 3 in 9.2, 3 higher.
