All-Flash #1 (DC, 1941) CGC NM- 9.2 Off-white to white pages. A breath-taking copy of one of Overstreet's Top 100 Golden Age Books. This issue's black cover was easily marred, making high-grade copies rather hard to find; indeed, only two others -- including one from the Denver pedigree -- have been certified higher to date. The Fastest Man Alive had appeared in Flash Comics for over a year, but had to share the limelight with other superheroes and features. This new series was dedicated solely to the Flash, with a cover and story art by E. E. Hibbard. Overstreet 2011 NM- 9.2 value = $26,000. CGC census 4/12: 1 in 9.2, 2 higher.
