"Fighting Stags" after Clovis E. Masson - This highly realistic depiction of fighting stags was sculpted by famed animalier artist Clovis Edmund Masson (French, 1838-1913). - 33 lbs. (15 kg) of pure bronze. The sculpture is finished with a classic patina in tones of browns and amber, with added green patina atop the bronze base. Mounted onto a green marble base, it stands 12" high by 21" wide (30 cm high x 53 cm wide). The sculpture is signed by the artist in its bronze base. - This is a fine bronze sculpture, made to high standards.
