German carved wooden pull toy of a ship on wheels with soldiers and cannons, retaining a polychrome decorated surface, 8'' h., 9'' l. Provenance: John and Madeline Nies.

Condition

Mast loose. Minor sporadic surface abrasions. One soldier missing two arms. One soldier missing one arm. Losses to guns. Soldier in crow's nest missing arm. The entire top edge of one side is replaced. Stern replaced. 2" section of top edge of other side
