Buzz Aldrin: Montclair High School Diploma Originally from His Personal Collection with Signed LOA.  Two pages, 10" x 8", June 20, 1947, Montclair, New Jersey. "This certifies that Edwin Eugene Aldrin Jr. has satisfactorily fulfilled the requirements for graduation from the Montclair High School as prescribed by the Board of Education and is entitled to this Diploma..." There is a gold seal at the bottom along with signatures of his principal and three other officials. The second page is a certificate of credits earned, signed by the school's principal. After high school, Aldrin earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and later a Doctor of Science in Astronautics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. An interesting and unique memento from the second man to walk on the moon. Very fine condition.

Included with this lot is a letter of authenticity signed "Buzz Aldrin" on his letterhead.
