Apollo Program Hardware: Lunar Module Deploy Truss Link. A two-piece mechanism, 5.5" x 2" x 1.5" overall, a landing gear link between the landing gear deploy truss and the LM mount. Likely titanium alloy with faint red inspection stamps visible but not readable. Originally from the collection of Art Romeo of Grumman; he headed the LM restoration team the assembled the lunar module seen in the Smithsonian. Fine condition.
