It was a wonderful visit which I trust broadened the channel of communication between your country and mine...Here at the Manned Spacecraft Center in Houston we hope this success signals the continuation of exchange visits between your cosmonauts and our astronauts." The album traces the tour's various stops starting in Washington, D.C. where they laid wreaths at the graves of fallen U.S. astronauts Grissom and Chaffee. In Houston for three days, they visited to the Manned Spacecraft Center where they met Wernher von Braun and others.
