This is a 10 1/4 inch plate/plaque Handpainted and signed by Famous Limoges painter Mulville!! LR&L Limoges -(Lazeyaras, Rosenfeld & Lehman). is stamped on the back - mark 2 - overglaze decorating mark in red, crown & oval with initials and Porcelain Limoges France - dating 1920's. It has a courtship scene of a couple leaning against a fence. The man is holding a walking stick and the woman is holding a flower. The edge is scalloped and trimmed in gold The famous artist "Muville" signed the front of the plate. His artistic ability is shown on pages 354 and 355 in the Collectors Encyclopedia of Limoges 3rd Edition. This plate/plaque is in mint condition with no chips or cracks.
