Late 19th / early 20th century, with spurious blue interlaced ''L'' mark and ''France'' to underside of cover, signed to the reserve ''Collot'', the domed cover with pinecone finial over a baluster-form body painted to first side with a scene of a maiden playing a violin attended by cherubs in a landscape within an elaborate gilt and polychrome scroll and lattice border featuring a lady in a balcony and a flower-filled urn, the second side painted with a meadow landscape, flanked by female term handles holding baskets spilling flowers, on a square canted base, 29.25'' H x 16'' W x 11'' Dia., est:$9000/12,000
