Third quarter 19th century, the dial signed ''Raingo Fres / A Paris'', the movement signed ''Raingo Freres / Paris'' and ''4786'', the circular white enamel dial with blue Roman chapters and Arabic minute divisions, and glazed bezel set within a stepped, fluted case of breakfronted outline decorated with floral swags and bowknots raised on toupie feet, the whole surmounted by two cherubs, 14.5'' H x 17'' W x 6'' D, est:$2500/3500. Provenance: Private Collection, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA

Condition

Two repaired cracks to front of marble base; a repaired crack to rear of marble base. Bow held by cherub broken in half; piece not retained. Lacking pendulum. Working condition unknown. Moran's does not guarantee working condition of clocks and watches.
