The work of art is in very good condition. Signed "Waugh" lower right recto. The work has a very thick impasto. Cracks throughout. There is a note on verso "Painting lined with wax-resin adhesive. Varnished with Acryloid B-72. July 1967. S P Sack (illegible) Brooklyn NY".
