CHINESE SILVER CARD CASE, C. 1900, L 4":Decorated overall in a repousse fashion depicting village scenes with bamboo groves overall, including the removable cover. Stamped on the underside with rubbed marking. Actual dimensions are 3 7/8" x 2 1/4". Totaling approximately 1.54 trz. From the Estate of Julie Cudlip Whitman, Grosse Pointe Farms.
There is a small tear at one of the corners on the cover, and a small hole at one of the bamboo leaves on the back of the cover. Slight wear to the raised decoration-particularly noted on the figures' faces. RG
