Description
This Limited Edition Bronze Sculpture measures 10 ¼” H x 3 5/8” W x 2 ½” D and is titled, “Pendletons Best 1916”. The bronze is inscribed on middle back John David Rule ©. The artist is John David Rule (b. 1954). This limited-edition bronze casting features Jackson Sundown, the first-ever Nez Perce bronco buster, in his famed wooly chaps as he is depicted on the National Cowboy Museum logo. This incredible piece of art was available exclusively to those who donate to the Museum’s Western Heritage Fund. The piece is finished in a copper silver wash patina. The piece is mounted on 2” wood base finished in medium brown stain. The bronze is in excellent condition.
