An eight day strap brass weight driven shelf clock in the sleigh front style with carved eagle cresting the top and paw feet. The mahogany case also features detached columns aside the paneled center section and dial door. The label is too tattered to decipher the name, although the maker's name might be stamped onto the movement. Ca 1840-1850.
