E-81 Army General officer's pith helmet, but whitewashed. Gilt brass star on front. Brown leather trim on edge of brim. Rectangular OD cloth panel sewn on left side of helmet with an affixed Army Major General's collar tab (wide gold stripe with a silver star and bullion borders). Brown leather sweatband and green felt lining. Maker's paper label "N.A.J. SAL BOO…". Missing chinstrap. Some water stains. II
