An exceptional woman's hand mirror designed in the 19thc by the renowned German silversmith firm of THEODOR HEIDEN; opulent in form and use of materials, the handle is a sculpted draped nude female with raised arms holding the circular mirror; the face of the mirror depicts 3 vermeil cartouch of nude females, cupids & satyres; in the center is a relief female figure carved as a turquoise cameo insert; 12"H; stamped with the 2 firm marks for Theodor Heiden, 835, crescent moon & crown.rnNOTE: Theodor Heiden of Munich were Bavarian Court Jewelers & Goldsmiths.
