Steiff Happy Hooligan Jointed arms and legs. Steiff button in ear. Made in Germany circa 1915. Numerous holes in the felt. General overall appearance is excellent. Some new stitching at the top of one arm and one leg. 15". Felt doll, leather shoes. (Excellent).
