Unusual Brass Elevator Floor Indicator Two Light Sconce, c. 1911, from the lobby of the Vanderbilt Hotel, N. Y., with a bow surmount and relief leaf arms, H.- 14 1/4 in., W.- 17 in., D.- 4 1/2 in.
Condition consistent with age. Surface shows craquelure consistent with age and signs of early restoration in some sections. Central point between indicator hands appears to be replaced or lacking original cap as threaded rod is exposed. A very interesting piece. Wires exposed at verso- not checked for working order.
