D-19 Police Gendarmerie dress sidearm. Articulated nickeled feathered eagle head pommel and relief oak leaves crossguard. Reverse is stamped "L.D. 252". Metal Police eagle/swastika/wreath applied to the stag grip. About excellent 12 7/8" "Horster - Solingen" logo marked blade. Nickeled throat and tip on the solid brown leather scabbard. Brown leather dress frog (dated "1937") and an age darkened silver wire black leather strap on a silver acorn, portopee. Overall very good condition. II
