Watercolor on organic paper by American artist Charles Colombo (born DE, 1927). Signed lower right, "Charles Colomobo". Framed, under glass. Frame measures 25" x 31" Colombo learned his superb watercolor technique from John W. McCoy, N.A. at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. Locally admired and collected, his watercolors are also represented in the private collections of the late John F. Kennedy, Prince Ranier of Monaco, the late Henry Fonda, and the Vatican.
