French Figural Annular Clock. 2 Dore bronze nude female figures stand beside a torchiere, they light the flames of torches held in their right hands, in their left hand they each hold a strand of garland that wraps around the stem of the torchiere. The torchiere has a concave triangular base with rams heads, teardrop stem, large bowl and flame finial. The bowl contains the annular dial having 12 porcelain inserts with black Roman numerals and quarter hour markers; has a star and diamond marker; on a large white alabaster base with fancy dore bronze mounts, the movement is contained in the base. 31 in. high.
