This rare model has a 14 in. painted metal dial with black Roman hour numerals and sub-seconds bit with Arabic 10 second markers, original black spade hands, dial is signed Seth Thomas; the 8 day pyramidal brass movement has a Graham dead-beat escapement, quality silvered brass weight, damascened brass pendulum bob with ebonized wood stick and original beat indicator, movement is signed. Dial, hands, weight, pendulum, are all original and in very good condition. 72 in. Massive walnut case has a carved crest and base with turned columns running the length of the door; in very good condition and original finish with a light overcoat.
