Floral Vellum vase decorated by Margaret McDonald in 1917 with a ring of flowers including pink roses, blue morning glories and other floral entities encircling the upper portion of the vase. Impressed with the Rookwood symbol, the date, shape 942 D and the artists monogram. There is a wheel ground X due to glaze misses going around the rim and there is fine, overall crazing which is darkened in places. Height is 5 7/8 inches.
