Description

Circa 1880s, walnut, Elliott bough top box, backboard and bottom from Viaduct and added their acoustic phone in the central transmitter position, drilling a hole in the backboard for the tight-wire to pass through. Top box for signaling (it rings). Bottom box only used as writing shelf. Condition (Excellent). Size 28 - 1/2" T.
