Note: An eight-day tall clock by Joseph Loring is in the J. Cheney Wells Collection at Old Sturbridge Village, and his daybook is in the collections at the American Antiquarian Society.
Condition: feet and blocking are restored, dial relined with slight in-painting along lower edge and dial post area, original weight, pendulum, hands, movement needs cleaning.
