Walder Sandberg (Detroit, Michigan, 1881-1958) carved walnut figural nut cracker. Walder Sandberg wood carver, immigrated from Sweden and settled in Detroit. He was a noted local wood carver and cabinet maker, with his work represented in the Henry Ford Museum Collections. Descended from the family. Good condition. 8 1/2" h.
