Nickel plate on brass cigar cutter with two cutter holes on the top. Pressing the front bar downward draws the cutter blade over the tip of the cigar. The front glass cover is reverse painted with gold leaf lettering for Valentine Cigars. 8" x 6" x 5" high. Trap door on the bottom for disposal. Paint loss on glass, shown in photo
