You are bidding on an original painting by California Impressionist Artist Paul Frederich Weindorf (1887-1965) titled "Spring Afternoon near Girard", 1945. Custom Wood Gilded Frame. Signed and titled on the back of Canvas. Hung in Private Collection and in great condition. Born in Germany on April 24, 1887, Weindorf settled in Los Angeles in 1913. He worked there as an artist until shortly before his demise on April 19, 1965. Member: California Art Club; Painters & Sculptors of Los Angeles. Exhibited: California Art Club, 1936; Society for Sanity in Art, California Palace of Legion of Honor, 1945. He is listed in Davenports, Hughes, Who's, ADEC, Franklin & James and Artnet
