All-cloth doll with seam joining face to back of head, oil-painted complexion, hair, facial features and hands, shaded blue eyes, shaded brows, blushed cheeks, defined nose, closed mouth with accented and highlighted lips, brown hair in curls framing the face, muslin body, stitch-jointed shoulders and hips, large hands with separately-stitched fingers, wears old cotton print dress, cotton bonnet, long black stockings and high-top black leather shoes. Commentary: Very good condition, artistic facial painting, excellent original finish, and most-likely her original clothing; unknown maker, circa 1890.
