Description

Colt M1862 "Pocket Navy" .36 Caliber Percussion Revolver. Desirable 6 1/2" barrel length and matching serial numbers 4990 including wedge. All metal with dark smooth patina mixing with about 15% original bright blue. A number of small scattered nicks, most notably on the cylinder that detract little. Cylinder retains a considerable portion of the scene. Brass trigger also with nice warm untouched patina and excellent bore. Nice early example of this reasonably scarce Colt.
