centering on one natural sapphire (approximately 14.47 carat) (14.90 x 13.60 x 8.10 mm) of octagonal step cut flanked on either side by one trillion cut diamond each weighing approximately .72 carat, (each SI2 clarity, I color) mounted in 18KT yellow gold and platinum setting. Accompanied by GIA Report #5141530491 dated April 02, 2012, is natural and shows no evidence of heat treatment (NTE).
