Striking daguerreotype, approx. 2.25 x 2.75 in., of a young man wearing a colorful cravat featuring the very rare yellow tint. Only a select few knew the secret of the chemicals needed to achieve this yellow color. The young man also displays a pocket watch for the camera. Uncased.
