Gyula Rudnay (1878-1957) Hungarian. Concertmaster. Graphite and oil on artist board. 7 x 6 ¼ in. Signed lower left: Rudnay. Rudnay had a great influence on Hungarian painting and was the subject of an exhibition this past summer in Budapest at the Duna pArt Gallery. His works are included in the collections of the Cá Pesaro Venice; Palazzo Bianco, Genoa; Palazzo delle Belle Arti, Rome; and the Uffizi Gallery, Florence.

Good condition consistent with age.
