OTTONE IL GRANDE attributed to CORNELIS CORT This outstanding original engraving is in very good condition, with one small repair at the left margin edge. The engraving has full margins as published and its plate marks are well defined. We believe this to be the work of Cornelis Cort dating to the late C16th. The engraving measures 17" x 11" and its dramatic subject is of Otto The Great, with hand written descriptive explanation written in the Italian language at the botton margins. This is an extremely rare engraving which is offered unframed.
Good condition with a small reapir at the left margin.
