Marklin Germany – Circa 1895 Marklin castles are extremely scarce and desirable. This castle is triple tiered and in outstanding, all original condition. (Flags restored.) It is 18½” long x 23” deep. This is a very early example. Possibly made by Lutz prior to Marklin purchasing the company. It features a revolving parade ground which would have been run with a Marklin Steam Plant. Additionally, the top tower is removeable, providing storage for the troops that guard the castle. A very impressive toy. Material: Tin
