Chinese carved ivory clamshell sculpture, the interior intricately carved with vignettes of people at work, trees, buildings, rickshaw and horse, the lid with integral carved fish and frog figures. Later hardwood stand. 6" wide x 3" deep x 2" high (4"H with stand). Chinese, early 20th century. Provenance: estate of Alice Leigh, Little Rock, Arkansas.
